Krishna Flow Art - Phil Roger
I have enjoyed a very creative life. I was an only child until the age of fourteen in a world without video games, ipods, computers or tv driven toy sales. My family purchased our first television when I was seven years old. These conditions were ideal for the development of my imagination and the exploration of creative play. I suppose these early years propelled me into art and ultimately into art education. In my thirty five years of teaching art I had to learn to make teaching a creative act, as the time and energy to produce art was limited. Nonetheless, I managed to produce some works over the years. Some of these were inspired by the creative kids I have the honor to work with. Others manifested from my ongoing childhood. As I am now retired in a Mexican paradise, I now have the time to play with art as much as I want.
So, welcome to my website. It is a tribute to my ongoing creative journey. I dedicate all of these works to my teachers, former students, fellow teachers, friends and family. I continue to play under the shrubs building castles for knights and dancing Indians!
